Built by Fredrikstad M/V, Fredrikstad, for Det Nordenfjeldske Dampskibsselskab, delivered on 3 July 1925. Shipyard number, 246. Cost, 2,350,000 kroner.

 

1,505 gross, 755 net, 570 deadweight tonnes (some sources state 1,489 gross tonnes). Registered length 235.8 feet, overall length 248.0 feet, beam 37.7 feet, depth 13.8 feet. 359 nom. HP, 2,000 IHP, FMV triple expansion engine, 15 knots.

 

On Hurtigrute from 1925 to 1940.

 

Bombed and sunk at Foldvik in Gratangen on 1 May 1940 while serving as Red Cross transport ship.
