2,568 gross, 1,319 nett, 650 deadweight tonnes. Overall length 286.8 feet, beam 43.6 feet, depth 15.1/22.0 feet. 3,450 BHP, 5-cylinder 2T EV B&W diesel built under licence by Akers M/V.


Major refit at Haugesund M/V in 1980.


Became part of Troms Fylkes Dampskibsselskab fleet in August 1989.


On Hurtigrute from 1960 to 2001. Last sailing on 10 October 2001, and on return to Bergen continued to Oslo.


Used as accommodation ship at Fosen M/V, Rissa, during building of Trollfjord in winter 2001/2. Sold in 2002 to Elegant Cruises & Tours Line, based in Port Washington, New York State, USA, renamed Andrea. Sailed to Uddevalla in August 2002 for major refit, then on 18 May 2003 to Cityvarvet of Göteborg, for further rebuilding. Departed from Göteborg on 16 September 2003, and was reported at Dover on 18 September.
