Soda Donations

Methacton Marching Band Parents/Students,

The concession sales at the football games are our primary source of income. We are asking for a donation of 3 cases of soda and one case of water. We use all Coke products because they have a coupon in the inside flap that allows us accumulate points to get discount vouchers for restaurants. (Which will be passed on as gifts/prizes at banquets and social fundraisers). We also are asking for 1 case of Deer Park 16.9oz water bottles. These items will be sold to the public at the football games. Your son or daughter will receive a free drink at each home game along with only paying cost for their pre-ordered lunch choice of Chick-fil-a sandwich, pizza, hot dog or marching taco. We will post order sheets in the band hall before each game for the sandwiches.

Attached please find a schedule of the cases of soda and water that we will need donated. We have split the cases up in alphabet order by last name.

Please drop off your donations before August 27th. The drop off point is in the band storage room located to the left of the side entrance where you drop off your student. There will be a list posted inside for you to check off the date and initial when you have dropped your donation.
