Project Title: The Spices and Cuisine of Mexico
 

PROJECT SUMMARY: This page exists to educate about three specific spices, cumin, mesquite, and cilantro, that thrive in Mexico.  We hope to demonstrate how they relate to the climate and geography, in addition to their places in Mexican cuisine.

TIPS FOR TEACHERS:

This culture quest is interesting if you are doing a unit on climate or geography because it helps delinate how Mexican cuisine is related to its climate and geography.
