About me

I am a senior research librarian and a member of Interdisciplinary Research Group of Health and Coping at the University of Inland Norway (INN). 

I have a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science (LIS) from the Department of Archivistics, Library and Information Science at the Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet), Norway.  In my Ph.D. project , I investigated the role of national culture in trust formations of users towards online health information. I received my Master Degree in Library and Information Science from University of Tehran (Iran) in 2007. 

I was a visiting graduate researcher (VGR) at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) and a member of Information By Design (IBD) Lab, September 2016 - June 2017.

In 2022, I started my academic publishing company, that is, Open Academic Publishing (OAP).
