Tuna Nicoise Sandwich with Sandwich Thins®

Tuna Nicoise Sandwich with Sandwich Thins®


  • 1 Arnold®/Oroweat®/Brownberry® Mult-grain Sandwich Thin®roll
  • 4 oz. canned tuna, packed in water and drained
  • 1 TBS light Dijon vinaigrette dressing (I used lemon + 1 tsp. Dijon mustard)
  • 1 TBS chopped, pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup arugula, loosely packed
  • 1/2 small tomato, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 sliced hard boiled egg, optional (add 1P+)


  1. Combine the tuna, dressing and olives
  2. Take one half of the Sandwich Thin® roll and top with the tuna mixture. Top with remaining ingredients and then the other half of the roll.
