Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Cheese Sauce

Fresh roasted broccoli florets smothered in garlic creamy garlic cheese and topped with sliced almonds. It's destined to become a family favorite side dish.


  • 2 heads of fresh broccoli, cut into florets.
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 7 oz. Finlandia ™ Black Garlic Creamy Gourmet Cheese
  • 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 2 TBS roasted, sliced almonds (optional)


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Arrange florets on baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender to your liking.
  4. While broccoli is roasting, combine Finlandia ™ Black Garlic Creamy Gourmet Cheese and milk or half-and-half in a small sauce pan. Heat over med heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted into the milk or half-and-half.
  5. Place roasted broccoli in serving dish, drizzle with cheese sauce, and sprinkle top with sliced almonds, if using. 
    Serve immediately.
