Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

Delicious smoked salmon dip that makes the perfect accompaniment for Van's Simply Delicious® Lots of Everything crackers.


  • 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 4 - 6 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 2 TBS capers
  • 1 tsp. dried dill or 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 TBS snipped chives (optional)
  • 2-3 TBS milk, as needed for consistency


  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add enough milk to make the right consistency. (you can also use a food processor to combine everything). Spoon into serving dish.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
