Easy Apple Cranberry Crisp

Tender sweet apples and dried cranberries come together in this super easy crisp recipe from Pam®

  • Pam® No-stick cooking spray (I used butter flavor)
  • 8 large sweet apples (such as Honeycrisp or Cortland), peeled, cored and cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cut into cubes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place sliced apples in dish. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and mix up a little.
  3. In food processor with blade attachment in place, combine the brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, salt. Give it a few pulses to combine. Add in the cold, cubed butter and pulse a few more times, until butter is the size of peas.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly ontop of the apple-cranberry mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is browned. Serve warm with frozen yogurt or whipped topping. (optional)
