I am an applied mathematician employed as an INRIA researcher at the team POEMS (ENSTA ParisTech-INRIA-CNRS).

I study phenomena connected to wave propagation. A list of topics I have been working on includes:

• • wave propagation in hyperbolic metamaterials and plasmas

  • perfectly matched layers (for anisotropic/dispersive media)

  • transparent boundary conditions

  • time-domain boundary integral equations

  • analysis on fractal networks

  • fast techniques for boundary integral equations (fast multipole methods (especially for high-frequency problems), hierarchical matrices, H2-matrices)

  • asymptotic models for time-domain scattering
