Slow Cooker Scalloped Bacon Potatoes

2-1/2 pounds small new potatoes, cubed

8 ounce container of Bacon Flavored Cream Cheese

1 (10-3/4) can cream of potato soup, undiluted

1/2 cup milk

1 envelope Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped fine

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Wash and chop the potatoes. Place them in the Slow Cooker.

In a small mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream of potato soup, and milk.

When the mix is smooth, mix in the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, peppers, garlic and onion.

Cube the butter in small cubes and place them on top of the potatoes.

Spread the sauce mix on top of the potatoes and butter.

Cook covered on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours, until potatoes are tender.

Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve hot.
