Grilled Rosemary Balsamic Chicken

6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Wash and dry the chicken breast.

In a large zip lock bag, pour in the vinegar, honey, oil, mustard, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne.  Close the bag and mix the ingredients well.

Open the bag and place the chicken into the marinate then close the bag.

Place the bag with the chicken into the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, even overnight is great.

Bring to room temperature before grilling.

Grill to your families taste and enjoy!
