Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 cups of day old rice

4 tablespoons sesame oil

1 cup of vegetables, steamed or chopped

2 bunches green onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon pepper

4 tablespoons lite sodium soy sauce 

3 eggs, beaten

Option: 1 tablespoon hot mustard

Directions

In a hot wok (or skillet) add the oil, stir in the vegetables with the chopped green onion and garlic.

Stir Fry until the white of the onion is clear

Push the cooked vegetables to one side and add the beaten eggs

Scramble the eggs and then mix the eggs with the vegetables and add the mustard if you are using it

Add the rice and cook until the mix is heated all the way through, add the soy sauce and mix well
