Hey everybody!!!
Our last big Mithril orchestra show was on St. Patrick's Day 2018 with the Panama City Pops Orchestra, conducted by our good friend David Ott. We are so sorry that the city and the surrounding area recently suffered so much damage shortly afterwards due to Hurricane Michael but was a fitting last performance for the band.

If you want more Celtic music, please check out Andra's duo with the amazing bodhràn and tech guru Andy Kruspe - Liminal! We just released our debut CD right before COVID-19, great timing, right? It's available through the Liminal website, iTunes or Amazon! Please use Liminal Duo as your search query!

Also, Andra & Andy have expanded into a new four piece ensemble, 2nd Breakfast with flutist Rachel Nozny and guitarist Robby Gibson. They played to a very appreciative crowd on  March 1 at the People's Room in Mobile and unfortunately had any further appearances cancelled by COVID-19. You can check out videos and other stuff at their website!

Bottom of the Punch Bowl, the CD by the MITHRIL DUO, is available!

Andra Bohnet and Tom Morley, original co-founders of the Celtic/World music band Mithril, return to their Celtic roots in more ways than one with their new release, Bottom of the Punch Bowl. This seventh album is most unique of all the Mithril projects with

an intoxicating mix of musical spirits from Ireland, Scotland, Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, and Sweden, played on flutes, whistles, Celtic harp, Scottish smallpipes, fiddle, guitar, and Swedish nyckelharpa. The CD features “Celtic Baroque” compositions from Turlough O’Carolan, Neil Gow, and James Oswald, a tribute to the Bothy Band, a set of Swedish traditional tunes, and a multilayered arrangement of tunes from the soundtrack to Outlander.

We are excited about the airplay we've already received on Alabama Public Radio, Marc Gunn's top-rated Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, & Catt Sirten's 92ZEW Radio Avalon!!

Listen to samples and download tracks at iTunesCD Baby and Amazon.

And, of course, all of our other CD's are available in hard copy and for digital download at the same places. The music is still great even if we are no longer playing live.
