Wenqi Zhou is an Assistant Professor in Information Systems Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University. She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems & Technology Management from School of Business at The George Washington University in 2003.

Professor Zhou's research primarily focuses on understanding social, economic and managerial aspects of information technology and the Internet by analyzing large-scale online data. Specifically, her research interests include business analytics, social media and online user-generated content, e-commerce, mobile-commerce, Internet marketing, and online communities and intermediaries.
