No Bake Cheesecake

  • 1 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 8 ounce container of Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar; Blend in vanilla extract and sour cream;

    Fold in Cool Whip

    Pour filling in graham cracker crust; Chill at least 4 hours

    Slice and top with favorite pie filling
