On Going Sitting Groups

In Manhattan: MBSR Collaborative Monthly Practice Group 

3rd Sunday of every month 
5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
at the JCC in Manhattan
Amsterdam Avenue and West 76th Street 

Have you been a participant in an MBSR program? Join us for this new monthly practice group led by members of the NYC MBSR Teachers' Collaborative. Get support in maintaining or deepening your mindfulness practice and explore opportunities to cultivate mindfulness in everyday life. Re-connect with friends and meet others who are bringing these practices into their lives. 
For alumni of any MBSR program. 

There is a $20 fee for each session but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. 
In this case, instead of pre-registering, you are welcome to donate what you can when you arrive for the practice group.
