Did You Meditate Today?
The purpose of the Mindfulness Meditation Group is to create a community of compassionate individuals interested in learning how to connect with their spiritual selves through meditation. There is no religious agenda to these meetings. Rather, each individual is encouraged to practice meditation in a way which uniquely benefits them. While we will occasionally discuss the central tenets of faiths such as Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and the like, the focus will be on understanding the historical importance of meditation in all of these religions. As such, we welcome individuals from many different backgrounds to join us on our journey of learning and personal growth. We can all learn from one another.
