THE NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION OF UNAUDITED ANNUAL GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2019 has been published on the Finance and Audit page.

The next Parish Council meeting will be on 1st July 2019. The agenda is hereIt will be held in the Victoria Rooms (See location map at foot of the page) at 7:00pm. 

One impact of the low numbers is that there are insufficient nominated members for the Parish Council to award itself The Power of Competence which will restrict its activities. 

The Parish Clerk has tendered his resignation with effect from 30th June. The Council will discuss his replacement at the June meeting.

The latest Report on the Toilet refurbishment will be added to the Papers for the next meeting.

The Parish Council has published its Annual CIL Return for 2017/18 on the Finance and Audit page.

On 26th July TDBC voted to sell the access land to Notaro to allow them to build out the extant 1979 permission for 72 houses adjacent to Creedwell Orchard. See the Creedwell page for more information.

The proposal to site a Mobile Phone Mast on the rising ground to the west of the village has been approved by TDBC. The covering letter is here and the map is here.

At the March 2016 meeting Councillors voted to accept the TDBC offer to take over the Public Toilets in Fore Street. The transfer was completed on 4th April 2017.

Taunton Deane Borough Council's latest Site Allocations and Development Management Plan (SADMP) has been pronounced 'sound by a Government Inspector. The Parish Council's response to the original consultation can be found here.
