Outreach Plan

I plan on doing something "nano" related in each class. Since a "nano" is mathematical, I will have no problems adding activities as a supplements or lesson plans to: Algebra 1 or 2, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. I would also utilize Drexel/Penn by borrowing kits,  taking students on tour to see the microscopes (AFM, SEM, TEM), and also have a Penn PhD candidate do an experiment making nanoparticles so students can actually "see" nano and understand how it is becoming very popular in science, education, sports, cosmetics, food, and technology.
