Monthly Dues

The operating budget and monthly assessment rate was set by the Board at the November 14, 2022 MHOA Community Meeting. The budget and assessment rate are effective between January 01, 2023 and December 31, 2023:

• $251/month

As discussed at several MHOA meetings, we are paying close attention to cash flow to ensure adequate funds on hand to pay bills plus maintain the reserve. Therefore, beginning on January 1, 2012, we authorized Community Focus of NC, Inc., our community management company, to apply late fees of $20.00 per month to any accounts that have amounts that are overdue by thirty (30) days or more.

Your monthly assessments are due on the first day of each month and considered late after thirty days. Keep in mind that you will not receive a monthly bill as a reminder of the amounts owed.

• If you pay by check, make the check payable to the MILLCROFT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, be sure to write your MHOA account number in the memo area of the check, and mail the payment to:

All physical payments (Checks, Money Orders, Bill Pay Checks, etc) must be sent to our payment processing lock box with North State Bank in Raleigh NC (address appears below). Please make checks to the legal name of your Association (NOT to Community Focus) and include your HOA Account Number OR Your Street Name and Number in the Memo Line of every payment in order to have them processed correctly.

The correct way to Address your mail for remitting payment is:
