200 Club

Would You Like To Win Some Money?

The trustees of your Village Hall need your help.  In return, we are offering you the chance to win up to £250 each month!

We don’t need you to give up any of your precious time, all we ask is that you consider joining our 200 club. This fundraising venture is already providing us with a significant income, all of which is invested into the Hall’s development programme. However, the Hall needs more money if it is to remain an asset to the village. Over the past 3 years, expenditure on the Hall has exceeded income by a total of more than £5000. We have an on-going plan to maintain and develop the Hall which will cost many thousands of pounds to implement and we can’t do it without your help.

It only costs £5 per month to join the 200 club and half the money received goes towards the development of the Hall, the remainder being divided into three cash prizes. With a full membership, these monthly prizes would be £250, £150 and £100.

Subscriptions are payable by a Bank Standing Order, and three months notice of cancellation will be required. The standing order can begin from the first of any month and there is no limit on the number of monthly entries that you can have at £5 per month (subject to our maximum membership limit of 200 entries).

Please consider supporting your Village Hall by downloading and completing the Bank Standing Order and returning it to the address on the form.

Any personal data relating to you gathered by us in the 200 club application process or during your membership will be used solely for administrative and payment purposes, stored safely and not shared with other organisations or used for marketing purposes in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
