Milad Baghersad
I am a 4th year PhD candidate in Department of Business Information Technology (Operation Management concentration) at Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech. My secondary major is Disaster Risk Management.

During my first two years at Virginia Tech, I served as a graduate assistant for the Interdisciplinary Graduate Education Program in Disaster Resilience.  I am honored to work with professor Christopher W. Zobel during my PhD.

My current research is focused on supply chain disruptions  and   resilience strategies. I am also interested in the perception of resilience in the context of supply chain disruptions. I am utilizing a scenario-based role-playing experiment to study perception of resilience.
