Recipe for the Perfect Jamaican Escape

• 1 large plot of tropical gardens on Fairy Hill, Port Antonio
• Several beautifully appointed, self contained cottages (only use Mikuzi)
• A dash of Chad (probably the best Manager in the world)
• 2 minutes of strolling to idyllic Winifred Beach (one of Jamaica’s finest)
• Several dips in the sparkling clear blue Caribbean sea
• A handful of dozes in the hammock
• 1 portion of Jerk from the original home of Jerk, nearby Boston Beach
• 2 minutes of driving to Errol Flynn’s old stomping ground, the world famous Blue Lagoon.
• 1 bunch of charming, friendly locals
• 3 games of dominoes
• 2 ice cold beers (Red Stripe, of course)
• 1 large measure of irie vibes
• 2 freshly caught fish, spiced and grilled to perfection at Cynthia’s beach-side restaurant
• 1 awesome sunset

Mix ingredients well and season with a generous pinch of Jamaican magic.

For best results, repeat for several days (or weeks). Mmmmmmmmm…
