Please find attached the entry form and prospectus for the Middlesex Vets Cross-Country at Trent Park on 22nd March.
This is being held in conjunction with Hertfordshire and will feature separate races for men and women. The men's race will be over 8km, the women's race over 6.5km.
Saturday 16th May 2015 – 12noon for senior women and 1pm for senior men (juniors earlier).
Betwys-y-Coed, North Wales in the Snowdonia National Park. The routes are fully marked and extensively marshalled and are part of the British Athletics Mountain Running Challenge and favour strong cross-country runners.
Men run 10.4Km with 488m of ascent, women 10.16Km with 472m of ascent.
4 to run, 3 to score with medals for the first 3 individuals/teams. Middlesex senior men are defending champions (Sean Dixon, Chris Smith & Richard Phillips).

The county regrets to announce that Cecil Gittins passed away on 11th November. Cecil was a long standing member of Queens Park Harriers and of the Middlesex County Committee. He also served for many years as the Chairman of the Race Walking Association.
His funeral will take place at 1:40pm on Monday, 15th December 2014 at Kingston Crematorium, Bonner Hill Road, Kingston KT1 3EZ (020 8546 4462) to be followed by a reception at the nearby Antoinette Hotel. Anyone intending to attend the reception should contact Bill O'Connor of Queens Park Harriers (020 8445 3031) by 10th December.

The county men's team finished second, losing out to Essex in the latter stages of Sunday afternoon. The women were fourth giving an overall position of third. Thanks to all of our athletes and congratulations to our medallists:
