Check-in Information

There is no formal check-in prior to the tournament.  Referees will check your team in prior to each game.  

You must follow the rostering instructions (see to right) and make sure that all players have completed the waiver.

 

Payment and Registration

2017 Payment and Registration

Early Registration (ends 12/10/16) is only $325
Registration (ends 2/3/17) is only $355
Late Registration (after 2/3/17 and if room is available) is $375


Registration for the Men's Open Division is $650

Note that out of town teams are required to book through our hotel coordinator MIT Travel. Follow this link for more information.

Under the Team information section of your application, please complete in the following format:

Age Group / Gender / Team Name / Division Preferred

Divisions will be:
Gold
Silver
Bronze


Here are a few examples:

u10 Girls Falcons Gold

High School Boys Sailors Silver

u15 Boys GRFC Bronze

This waiver will also serve as your official tournament roster. Please complete the form and available at every game. Players not on your roster before your first match will not be eligible to participate in the tournament.
