Manage major projects in the global deployment of an enterprise solution (SAP and Documentum) for managing regulatory compliance of product labeling and packaging documentation.  Partner with senior operations management to align information technology strategy with operating unit objectives.  

 

·         Created a standardized methodology for managing system deployment projects, which was successfully used to manage multiple, simultaneous projects across corporate functions and packaging sites. 

 

·         Managed pilot implementation and subsequent roll-out projects for Pharmaceutical and Biotech operating units.  Liaised with management at packaging sites in U.S and Puerto Rico to align schedules and resources, and successfully drive projects to completion in meeting schedule and budget objectives.
