Our Experience Shows!


We are a 3rd generation Law Firm now helping members of the 6th generation of our oldest family connections.

Michael Perkins continues to teach in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney, the School of Accounting and Finance at Charles Sturt University  and for Estplan Pty Limited (www.estplan.com.au).

We continue to support the teaching and development of estates practice in Australia. Michael  is a member of the Financial Planning Academics Forum and the Conduct Review Commission of the Financial Planning Association Ltd (FPA). His teaching opf estate planning is also part of the Accredited Estate Planning Strategist (AEPS) program of the FPA.

Michael is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Business Families Special Interest Group of STEP Worldwide.
