About Me

I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor offering open-ended or time limited counselling/ psychotherapy at an agreed time, usually once a week.
At the start of counselling we can talk about what will be most helpful for you.

I work with adult men and women over the age of eighteen.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  (BACP) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework. This means that I practice responsibly, ethically and to a high standard.

I trained in a BACP accredited  Masters Degree in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Hertfordshire.

I have previously provided counselling at a local counselling charity and have also worked at a youth counselling service which specialises in helping young people between the age of 11-25 years old.

I have previously worked in and managed community services for people with difficulties relating to mental health, learning disabilities, drugs and alcohol.
