Microwave Russian Pecan Fudge

Microwave - power 1100W - cook on full power.

In a microwave bowl melt 150 grams of salted butter.
Add 500 grams of brown sugar
and a 395 gram can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Microwave  in five 2 minute increments.
Remove bowl and stir before the next 2 minute cooking period.
2 MINS - STIR -/ 2 MINS - STIR -/ 2 MINS - STIR  -/ 2 MINS - STIR - 2 MINS  - STIR AND ADD LAST INGREDIENTS.
70 Grams toasted chopped Pecans.
250 grams white chocolate melts.

Mix very quickly with a wooden spoon until chocolate is melted.
Place into a baking paper lined slice pan. Put baking paper on top and press with hand to smooth. Remove paper.
Cut when cool.
Keep in an airtight container.
