Orange Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Melt 100 grams butter.
Add 1 cup fine white caster sugar, juice of one orange, and 3 teaspoons of FINELY grated orange rind.
Beat together with 2 eggs until creamy.
Add 1 cup of sifted self-raising flour and 1/2 cup plain flour and 1/4 cup milk.
Spoon into 12 large cupcake cases that are sitting in muffin tins to support them.
Bake 15 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
When Cold ice with Orange Cream Cheese Icing.

Soften 40 grams butter,  put in a bowl.
Add 150 gram pot of cream cheese that is at room temperature. Add 1 tablespoon of FINELY grated orange rind, 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice, and 4 heaped tablespoons of icing sugar. 
Beat with electric hand beaters for 3 minutes until thick and creamy.

Ice cold cupcakes and garnish with a rind free wedge of orange.
