Title: Who Took My Hairy Toe

    Have you ever found a hairy toe? Can you imagine being called “Old Tar Pocket”?
    Old Tar Pocket finds a hairy toe and puts it in his pocket where it sticks.  You’ll never believe what happens when the toe’s real owner comes to find it!
    I would recommend this book to anyone who likes scary books full of action

Title: The Seven Blind Mice

    What do they feel? The seven blind mice tried to feel the thing they found.  One thought it was feeling a rope because it was furry.  One thought it was feeling a fan.
    What were they really feeling? Read this book to find out! You will like it because it is funny.

Title: Dogs at Work

    Have you ever wanted to have a working dog? You’ll find out how they can help in this book.  These dogs help in many ways.  They help in the snow, they help people who are blind, and they help just about everywhere.
    I would recommend this book to people who love dogs and like to learn about some of the jobs that they do.

Title: The Listening Walk

    Have you ever wanted to go on a listening walk? Well, this is a story about a little girl who goes on a listening walk.  She hears things like a lawn mower and bumble bees.
    I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to go on a quiet walk.  If you would like that, then this is the book for you.

Title: Harry the Dirty Dog

    If you like dogs, then this is the story for you! Do you have a pet at home? In this story, Harry the dog runs away from home.  He plays all day and has a lot of fun…and gets into trouble.
    If you like dogs, then you would like this story.

Title: Milk and Cookies

    Do you like milk and cookies? Well, I’ve got a story for you! In this story, a baby bear is scared.  His grandparents make him feel better and then they all eat milk and cookies. 
    I would recommend this story to people who like milk and cookies.  It is a good story.

Title: Peter’s Move

Peter’s mom and dad were a little mean in this story.  Peter didn’t want to move, but he had to.  I wouldn’t want to move, either. I would recommend this book to my teacher because I think she would like it.

Title: Good Thing You’re Not An Octopus

The boy didn’t want to be himself.  The mom said, “Be happy you’re not a shark, you would have 200 teeth to brush!”  Kids will like this book if they’ve ever been told to do something they didn’t want to do.  The book is interesting.
 

 

 

Book Title: Pickle Things

I like the book because it said “pickle” a lot.  I think kids would like this book if they like green and if they like pickles!  I like pickles.  In the story they were making things out of pickles.  That’s what I showed in my picture, a castle made out of pickles.



 

Book Title: The Cat In The Hat

I like this book because it is funny.  Kids should read this book because this book has some easy words.  There was also a movie made of it, but the movie is a little different from the book.





 

Book Title: Green Eggs and Ham

Book Title: Are You My Mother?

I made a kitten, hen, dog, and cow.  In the story, the bird was looking for her mother.  She looked everywhere, but there was no mother.  She tried all the animals, but they were not her mother.  Read this book to find out if the baby bird ever found her mother!
 

 

Book Title: Cat And Dog

In this book, cat was asleep on the chair and dog wanted to get on it.  You will like it if you like funny stories.  I like it because it is fun to read






Book Title: The Fire Cat

I like when the guy sprays water.  I saw a movie about firefighters, and there was a dog.  This book reminded me of that movie.  Kids would like this book because it’s about firefighters.







Book Title: I’ll Fix Anthony
Author: Judith Viorst

In the story the kids were being mean to each other.  And she kept saying “when I’m six” and she kept complaining about her little brother.  If you’re a kid who has brothers and sisters you might like this book.  In the end they made up.  I like the part where they were in the flowers.



Book Title: Sixteen Runaway Pumpkins

My favorite part was the pumpkin patch.  There were pumpkins in the wagon and a cat was playing with the handle.  Kids will like it because it's almost Halloween and pumpkin patches are already set up!

 

 

 

Book Title: Click, Clack, Moo! Cows that Type

    Have you ever wished you could see cows type? Well, in Click, Clack, Moo! There are cows that type! This book is funny because the cows want electric blankets, but Farmer Brown, the owner, takes out his typewriter and types back:  NO WAY!!!
    The cows and hens go on strike, but the cows make a deal:  they’ll turn in their typewriter for electric blankets.  They make the duck send the typewriter back, but the duck steals it.  You are going to have to read to see what happen next…..
    I would recommend this book because it is very funny and the pictures are very funny.  Who ever heard of cows that type!

Book Title: Little Boy Who Lives Up High

Did you ever wish you could live up high? This story is about a boy who sees a lot of things because he lives really high.  He sees birds and planes and the people on the ground look really small!
    I would recommend this book because it is a really happy book.

    My favorite part was that F wore a bandaid.  Kids will like this story if they've never read it.  It's really funny.

Have you ever wished to be a princess? Well, I would recommend the book Rufferella.  Rufferella is a dog whose owner wanted to turn her into a human.  Uh-oh!
I would recommend this book to anyone because it is funny!

    I would recommend this book to my brother Nathan because he wants to be older.

    Have you ever tried to see if your teacher lived in your classroom? The kids in this book thought that their teacher slept I the classroom.  They decide to go on a field trip.  They go to the teacher’s house and find out that she does not live in her classroom.
    I would recommend this book because it is funny.

Kids should read it because it is about friendship.  My favorite part was when he had no friend and he wanted to play, then he found a friend.  That's how you make friends, just be nice to someone.

How would you feel if you had to eat hills of pasta? Well, in this story, Anthony had to eat it all before nightfall.  If he didn’t, he would be fired!
    I would recommend this book to people who like funny stories because it is funny.

Did you ever wish you could be in a fairytale? Well, you could find out that you might not want to be.  In The Frog Prince, Continued, the prince wants to turn into a frog again, but finds it hard to find a witch that doesn’t want to do something bad to him.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fairytales because it is funny and full of different fairytales.

I like this book because I like wild animals and fiction books, especially this one.  I would recommend this book because it is very funny.

Book Title: I Want to be Somebody New!

    Have you ever wanted to be somebody new? Well, this dog-type-raccoon-thing thought he wanted to be something new.  He turned himself into an elephant, a giraffe, and then a mouse.  Then his friends said, “I liked you the way you were before,” so he changed himself back.
    I would recommend this book to anyone who wanted to be someone else because if you read this book, you will realize it isn’t so bad being yourself.

    Have you ever been picky about food? Well, the goat in this story was! He didn’t like junk food; he liked fruit, vegetables, eggs, fish, bread, and butter.  His mom and dad were angry because he didn’t eat the junk that they liked.
    I would recommend this book if you like lots of different kinds of food.

    Have you ever wanted a pup? Well, then get the book called New Pup! It’s about how a brother and sister learn how hard it is to take care of a pup.  They find that it is hard to keep it out of trouble.
