• Pavel Etingof, Introduction to Representation Theory. American Mathematical Society, 2011. Freely available on the author's website.
• Serge Lang, Algebra. Springer-Verlag, 2002. Can be freely downloaded from the university network via SpringerLink.
• Hendrik Lenstra, Representatietheorie, 2003. Lecture notes by Jeanine Daems and Willem Jan Palenstijn (in Dutch). There is an English translation by Gabriele Dalla Torre.

Grading:

20% homework, 80% exam (except in the case of the retake exam, it will be 10% homework and 90% exam)

The homework score will be the average of the scores on the homework sets except that the two worst homework scores will be ignored. See the homework page: Homework.
