1 pound ground beef

1 pack of Taco seasoning mix add 3/4 cup water

1 pack fresh uncooked corn tortillas (14 counts) or precooked tostadas

1 can (30oz) refried beans

4 small avocados mashed add1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and some lime juice

1 cup red taco sauce

2 large tomatoes chopped

1 cup green lettuce Shredded

1 cup chopped cilantro

1 small canned sliced olives

2 cups Mexican four cheese blend

1 (16oz) sour cream

1/2 cup corn oil to fried corn tortillas
