1.3. We take a list of phone numbers in your contacts for the purpose of showing friends, allowing you to choose which contacts you want to send SMS/MMS messages to.

1.4. We do not store the content of your messages or any of your contact information on our servers.

1.5. We use your information to communicate with you, to ensure our services are working as intended, to make improvements to our services, to develop our business, and to protect against fraud and spam.

1.6. We provide the information we collect to third parties, such as advertisers, in order to provide you with commercial advertisements. The provision of such information generate revenue to pay in part or in whole for the Services. We do not provide personal information to third parties except for billing purposes.

1.7. We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products.

1.8. We may use personal information submitted by you only for the following purposes: help us develop, share, and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service.

Permissions:

SMS Default: Allow app as default SMS system app. The main feature of the app.

READ_CONTACTS: allow to read contacts to input number to send and receive sms.

READ_PHONE_STATE: allow you can make call from reading message, detal contact,SIM information for each of your messages, allowing you to choose which sim to send the message to.

RECORD_AUDIO: Allows recording to send audio messages.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Allows reading images to send photo messages.

AI Messages OS17- Messenger  is developed by one main developer, with a few people helping from time to time, mostly with translations.

Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information obtained from users is collected, used and disclosed.

By using AI Message, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy.

AI Messages OS17- Messenger  does not collect any personal identifiable information.

The `READ_CONTACTS` permission is used at getting contact names from phone numbers, also at showing contact suggestions. It is optional, the app works without it too.

The `READ_PHONE_STATE` permission is needed in cases the user has multiple SIM cards inserted, so he is able to toggle between them.
