County Facilities Committee Report out may be due in April.  Need to connect with new Dunn County Facilities leader since Jesse Rintalla moved in 2017.  Last year we presented on Wednesday April 26, 2017 at 6:30pm at the Dunn County Government Center as a Recreation Partner to report to the Committee.

Tod present the proposal to print large maps for the trailhead signs and 12 approximately 9" x 12" maps and posts to be placed in the park at trail intersections.

Tod is working with the county and GIS group to update the existing map.  Tod will work with county in April and then the printing is proposed to be done by Badgerland printing.  Posts will be about $6.00.  The total project will be $325.  Approved unanimously.

Tod wanted to be listed on Trail forks - https://www.trailforks.com/ .  Jerry created an account to start process and would contact CORBA to seek help.

Earthday 2018 is Sunday, April 22.  Mark Anderson will be contacted by Kim Wentworth to set up event on Monday, April 16  or whenever it works, maybe Friday, April 20th.

Proposed Projects for Menomin Park include a kids trails by the gate at the parking lot, a new trail (above Mussie), and fixing the coast mud issue.

Group agreed to schedule Work Days on first Monday(s) of April, May, June, July, August, September from 6 PM - 9 PM.

For the Environmental Site, not much happened last year (2017).  Will take a lot of people.  Need to spray parking lot.

Chris was to connect with Lea Shambeau in 2017,  Bob Hiese will contact Lee this Spring to get a quote.

Earthday at the Environmental Site last year was minimally effective.  The group walked the big trail, down to the existing trails and picked up sticks so they could be mowed.  Not much is being mowed at the site anymore.

Bob mentioned that Eric's Bike Shop in Eau Claire, and John Lavall the store manager will give 10% discount to anyone that says they are MAMBA members.  John was a sadistic rider in 2017.
