Cognitive research involves the study of our brain, cognitive abilities and how we think and react to others and our environment. Some of them must be used with a trained professional while others can be done individually. Either way they are important ways to extend the ability of someone to enjoy life to the fullest and not suffer much of the declines otherwise expected over time.
