I am an assistant professor at the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California. Prior to joining USC, I was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University working with Professor David Tse. I received my PhD in Electrical Engineering with minor in Computer Science at the University of Minnesota under the supervision of Professor Tom Luo. I obtained my MS degree in Mathematics under the supervision of Professor Gennady Lyubeznik and Professor Tom Luo.

Research Interests:
I am passionate about the design and study of efficient large scale data analysis algorithms and tools with applications in bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, wireless data communication, and statistical signal processing.  Here is a list of research projects I have been working on.
