Paul McClintock's Meeting Tips and Myths

Find here an array of useful tips for running and participating in meetings in a productive, efficient and congenial manner.

Tips are emailed to those who subscribe to the free service.  The are posted at this site a month or more later, so to get them as soon as they are published, email subscribe@PointOfOrder.org.

The tips are based primarily on Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (RONR), 10th edition, 2000.  The 11th edition was published after these tips were written, but there is no substantial difference as far as these tips are concerned. However, in general, the current edition of RONR automatically becomes the governing parliamentary authority for almost all organizations which adopt Robert's Rules.
