Welcome to the Medway Elementary Parent Teacher Organization website!
Here you have access to all sorts of information about PTO sponsored programs. The Medway Elementary PTO is made up of all volunteers and all funding for PTO sponsored programs comes from fundraisers held throughout the year. Last year MEPTO raised 25,000! We hope you take some time to check out all the great things we have to offer. If after viewing the information provided on this site you still have questions or need more information, please feel free to contact the committee chair listed along with each program.

Annual Basket Raffle and Ice Cream Social

Friday, March 28

6:30-8:00 pm

Medway High School Auditorium and Cafeteria

Your children’s classrooms are still seeking basket donations for the MEPTO Basket Raffle & Ice Cream Social. All donations are due into the classroom by Friday, March 21. If you have already sent in a contribution for a classroom basket –– THANK YOU!

We also need volunteers to help out on event night (ticket sales, hall monitors, etc.). Please contact Laura Mullen at rlcomullen@gmail.com if you’re able to pitch in. Our volunteers are the reason this event continues to be one of MEPTO’s most successful fundraisers of the year, and it takes all of us doing our part to make this a fun night for the kids … and for parents, too!

Did you know that if you bring non-perishable food items to the Basket Raffle & Ice Cream Social that you'll receive a FREE raffle ticket for each item? Helping out MEPTO and the Medway Food Pantry ... now that's a win-win!

If you'd like to purchase your raffle tickets before the Basket Raffle to get a jump on writing in our contact info, stop by the high school between 3-5pm on Friday, March 28th.

We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you for your support!

Literacy Night

At March's monthly MEPTO meeting, the two elementary school instructional coaches, Melissa Cacciapaglia from Burke-Memorial and Christine Baldiga from McGovern, presented on the topic of literacy at home. The engaging session addressed such topics as how to have fun with reading at home and tips for reaching the reluctant reader.
