As a keyperson from our congregation, I am asking your help in reaching the 2018 Goal of $80,000, of which $66,000 is for the Good Samaritan Fund.

This is the Friends’ (Auxiliary) 65th year!  You can support the 2018 Membership Goals as follows:

Annual Membership - $10.00

Annual Patron Membership - $30.00

New Lifetime Membership - $100.00 (may be renewed)

I’ll be collecting membership in February and March in the narthex.  Our church has been one of the leaders in collecting memberships.

Our Theme is:  “Become a Friend…Serving God by Serving My Neighbor”.

The Spring “Friends Meeting” is Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM.  Snow date:  March 31, 2018.  Program to be announced.  Let me know if you’d like to attend by calling Nancy S.

Brethren Disaster Relief Auction

posted Jul 2, 2017, 7:31 PM by Ken Schmidt   [ updated Sep 27, 2017, 9:37 PM ]

Brethren Disaster Ministries is continuing to prepare Hygiene Kits and Emergency Cleanup Buckets for the catastrophic disaster that has impacted the people of Texas, Louisiana, Florida and Puerto Rico.   As we have all heard on the news, this is a disaster that will not disappear in weeks or months. We are still collecting items for both kits. A box for each of these kits has been placed in the Narthex with lists of items needed for the kits. Please take a list and purchase any of the items and drop them in the appropriate box. If you do not wish to shop or have difficulties shopping, you may give monetary donations to Linda W. or Janet Z. The kits will be assembled as items are received. Any questions or concerns may be directed to Linda and or Janet.

The website for direct donations to Brethren Disaster Ministries can be found at: http://www.brethren.org/bdm/hurricane-harvey.html.
