YARD SALE INFORMATION & VOLUNTEER NEEDS

Announcing:

 ROOM #130 IS NOW OPEN!

 It doesn’t seem possible that time is coming again to think about SATURDAY, AUGUST 19th.    

 

   So – NOW IT’S TIME to round up those unused items and put them in ROOM #129.   When the room fills up we will move to the next one.  Make sure the items are clean, and all parts are there (UNLESS YOU MARK THEM OTHERWISE).

While everyone works hard and is extremely tired by the week after, there is great joy is serving the Lord together in this endeavor.

 

Your Help is Needed in the following areas!

Contact Arlene J. ASAP!

 

·         Volunteers to handle the Silent Auction. 

·         Of course, Gerry S. will take care of the kitchen.  Soup & Pork BBQ Prep – Thursday, August 17th    at 8:30 AM. 

Anyone who can help in the kitchen with food prep, cooking and sales on the day of the Yard Sale should notify Gerry that you can help and when.

·         The bake sale table needs a captain.  Notify Arlene.

·         The outside plant stand needs a captain. Notify Arlene.

·         The book sales sorter and arranger is Phyllis P.

·         Check out help and floor sales help are also needed.

 

Please try and let Arlene J. know how you will help as soon as possible.  She is counting on everyone having a part in this annual yard sale.
