It is time for the second annual Bible-a-thon event! This is a chance to crack open your Bible and use it to test your knowledge!

There will be STUDY PACKETS available for kids and youth of all ages on Sunday, January 27 & February 3 in the Narthex, and during Wednesday Night Live on February 6.  There will be a sign-up sheet available for participants. Kids ages Pre-K through first grade will be looking at the story of Noah in Genesis. Children grades 2nd – 4th will study the story of Daniel.  Junior High Youth (5th – 7th) will focus on the book of Proverbs, and Senior High Youth (8th – 12th) will dive into the book of Isaiah. Using their Bibles, kids will answer a series of questions and prepare to be quizzed by adults in the church!

Quizzing will take place after church on Sunday, February 24 from noon – 2:00p.m. All participants will be rewarded with a pizza party immediately after church before quizzing and have the opportunity to enter their names for several fun raffle prizes!

Christian Ed is also looking for adult volunteers to act as quizzers for the Bible-a-thon. This is a great opportunity to interact with the children and youth here at Mechanicsburg Church of the Brethren in a relaxed, fun setting! All supplies will be provided to quizzers and they may also take part in the pizza party.

Sign-ups will be available in the Narthex closer to quizzing.
