"Dear Members of the MCOB Congregation:  On behalf of the consistory, I just wanted to extend a thank you for your recent donation of $671.00 towards our flood fund.
We truly appreciate it.  Our basement is ready for new carpet.  It should be installed by the middle of July.”

“To My Church Family, Thank you for all the prayers, calls, visits and cards during my daughter’s sudden illness and passing.  Pastor Del, your visits and calls were especially appreciated.  At this trying time it is a blessing to have such a caring church family.”

“Sometimes “Thank You” doesn’t seem like enough to say.  I do ‘Thank You” for sending inspirational, funny and Get Well cards with meaningful words you personally took the time to write in them for me.  I appreciate your thoughtfulness also, for those that made and brought wonderful tasting food, which helped when though I realize, we all need help at times.  Later, I enjoyed those that took me out with them to enjoy a meal when I was not allowed to drive yet.  Sometimes you just need to get out of being surrounded by 4 walls and no human voices or just to see people.  I was very happy with the many phone calls I received while recuperating.  The visits from people had me laughing and learning so much about people you see many times and don’t really know.  Those times were very enjoyable.  My son, Joel and his wife, Nicole have done as much as they could while still holding down jobs, along with the granddaughter, Chloe that can always make you smile or laugh.

Lastly, I thank Pastor Del for always being there for me and my family with visits, and to offer uplifting conversation and prayers that work.  Even when away, he always arranged for backups to call and check to see if I needed anything and blessed me with prayers.  Prayers are always accepted and needed.  Like I said,  Thank You” doesn’t seem like enough, but it is given to each of you and meet sincerely for each that has opened your heart by sending cards, calling, visiting, providing a cooked meal, taking me out for a meal, a kind thought and offering up many prayers.  Please believe, that I am conveying from the depths of my heart gratitude for all your kindness.  My prayer is that each of you is blessed many times over for all that you do and have given so freely, I am truly blessed.  GOD is good!!!”

Thanks to all our Volunteers who prepared, served, cleaned up, and assisted with New Hope Ministry’s Dinner on Thursday Night.

Your efforts to serve and care for New Hope’s volunteers were a significant way for us to contribute to support that important ministry in our community.

You represented us very well, as the meal and accommodations were greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the generous 2018 donation for our work ending hunger and poverty in the world!  Your gift will help many families improve their lives, nourish and educate their children, and have the joy of helping others as they pass on the gift of an animal and training to another family in need.  Thank you for being partners in our work since 1981!
