APRIL has arrived!

Deacon(s) On Call:

Our deacon team is beginning a new service to the congregation.
While we have ongoing deacon assignments for our senior citizens and those
with special needs, this “on call” service is available to the whole congregation.

Consider this as a supplement and support to the pastoral care that our Pastor provides.
If you have a crisis, or compelling need, know that one of the deacons will be on call.

  • April 21st -- <EASTER> "Beyond Imagining" (Pastor Del)     7:00 am Easter Sunrise Service (Traci R. Preaching), followed by YOUTH FUNDRAISER BREAKFAST    10:30 am Easter Worship:  “Beyond Imagining” Worship Theme: Sometimes we struggle to believe something because it seems improbable or difficult.  And then there are those moments when we are stretched “beyond belief” to see something that we could not even imagine.  Though we take the resurrection for granted, it is truly “beyond belief” for Jesus’ first followers.  It changes their world and ours as well! Scripture texts:  Acts 10:34-43; Luke 24:1-12

  • April 28th -- "Coming to Believe" (Pastor Keeney) Worship Theme: How do we “get to” belief?  And how do we bring others to that same experience?  It is fascinating that Jesus does not instruct his disciples to coerce belief in others.  In the dual encounters described in today’s text, Jesus invites and inspires!  How might we do the same? Scripture texts:     Acts 5:27-32; John 20:19-31
