3 medium potatoes (finely grated and dried)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
Mix the potatoes, flour, salt and pepper. Then form into 1” logs.
Heat oil in a large pot until it's so hot that dripping a drop of
water on the surface immediately sizzles and spatters.
Fry tots in batches until all sides are golden brown.
Serve with mustard & ketchup :)
