The Martin County High School Class of ’63 50th Reunion
12-13 April 2013
So, here's what we have planned --
Friday evening, April 12th, is our Class of ’63 night out. We are planning a Sunset Cruise on the Island Princess Charter. This will be a casual event, but we'll have entertainment, dinner, and a 4-hour cruise (5:45 to 10:00 pm) on the St. Lucie River. We can watch the sunset over the horizon and later the night lights along the shoreline. There will be plenty of time to mingle with our classmates and remember the good old days of the past.
Saturday morning you can sleep in, take a dip in the motel pool, or stroll the beach. In the afternoon, our class has been invited to downtown Stuart by Mary Walton Jones, the Executive Director of the Stuart Heritage Museum (The Old Feed Store), for a tour of the newly renovated museum and spend some time in old town Stuart. But, get back in time to get ready for the evening festivities
Saturday evening, April 13th, we will be sponsoring the "All Class Reunion." You should already have received an announcement about that event where members from all the MCHS classes gather for a big celebration. You’ll see some upper classmen who may have tormented you in the past, and some underclassmen that you may have tormented. We are planning an exciting gala with live band, dinner, dancing, and time for more mingling. This will also be a casual event, something between a sock hop, meet and greet party, and light dinner. We are particularly excited because this event will occur at the brand new Frances Langford Auditorium and Theatre at the Kane Center.
