Michael (Misha) Chertkov

I was educated in Russia (M.Sc. '90, Novosibirsk State U) and Israel (Ph.D. '96, Weizmann Institute), spent '96-'99 as a postdoc in Princeton U (1996-99). Then we settled in  Los Alamos, NM.

My primary affiliation is with Theory Division and Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory

Since 2012 I am advising, in the initial capacity of Founding Faculty Fellow and now as an adjunct professor,  SkolkovoTech -- new graduate school established in Moscow/Russia in 2011.

I also have an adjunct professor affiliation with the Department of Industrial & Operations Engineering of the U of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
