Causal Inference

Monday, March 05, 2012  14h-16h N4/17 Stewart Biology
Prof. Bill Shipley
(Universite de Sherbrooke)

  • Structural equation modelling
  • Graphical models for understanding causal analysis
  • Testing for goodness of fit of causal models

At least some basic R knowledge, equivilent to the first four introductory workshops.
If you would like to bring your own laptop to work on, please install R and R-Studio on your own before the workshop to speed things up.  You should also have the <<ggm>> and <<lavaan>> packages installed.

See the page intensive course in causal analysis for scripts, data, and instructions on using the packages for this workshop, as well as presentations related to causal analysis.
