Thai Rice Noodle soaked in boiling water for 10 mins
Salmon or other firm fish
Layer veges followed by rice noodles followed by fish onto parchment.
Soak layers with Dipping Sauce
Fold parchment paper securely to create a steam container
Bake in oven until fish is cooked
